Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of product delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, labels, and tags (if applicable).
  • A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized furniture
  • Made-to-order or handcrafted furniture manufactured specifically for the customer
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper use or customer negligence
  • Clearance, sale, or discounted products (unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method or any other mutually agreed payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

We offer replacements or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and should include clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect product delivered
  • A verified manufacturing defect

Original shipping charges paid during purchase are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order after dispatch, it will be treated according to this Refund & Returns Policy.
