Shipping & Returns
Order Cancellation Policy
An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped, whichever is earlier.
In case of a successful cancellation, a payment gateway charge of 2.25% will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original mode of payment as per standard processing timelines.
Damaged Item Policy
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team and raise a complaint at the earliest.
Upon receiving the request, our team will inspect and evaluate the issue and take a fair and genuine decision within 72 hours of complaint registration.
Warranty
This product comes with a 1 Year Manufacturing Warranty, covering any manufacturing or workmanship defects that may arise during the warranty period. The warranty is applicable only when the furniture is used under normal household conditions.
Additionally, the product is protected by a Lifetime Termite Warranty, ensuring long-term protection against termite infestation under normal usage conditions.
This warranty does NOT cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear due to regular or prolonged use
- Minor cuts, scratches, dents, or damages caused by improper handling, impact, or accidents
Damage resulting from incorrect installation or assembly done by the customer- Products that have been stored, installed, assembled, or used improperly, or cleaned using incorrect cleaning methods or harsh cleaning products
(For example: upholstery fabric may fade or lighten if exposed to direct sunlight for long periods) - Cracks or damage caused due to frequent shifting or displacement of the product
- Decay or damage to wood caused by continuous exposure to water or moisture
- Seasonal expansion or contraction of solid wood due to climate changes; this is a natural property of solid wood and is not considered a defect
- Visible joint lines, wood grains, or natural characteristics of wood, which are inherent to solid wood furniture and are not manufacturing defects
- Upholstery materials such as fabric, seat covers, foam, or cushioning are not covered under warranty; for upholstered furniture, the warranty applies only to the internal frame and mechanisms (if any)
- Damage caused by non-standard dry-cleaning processes or the use of strong chemicals
Delivery & Installation
Delivery Policy
Our support and delivery teams will coordinate with you to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience.
Free delivery is applicable only for the first delivery attempt at the provided shipping address. If the customer is unavailable during this attempt, additional visiting charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
In the absence of a service lift, delivery will be made only up to the ground floor of the building. Delivery to upper floors can be arranged on customer request, subject to additional charges per floor.
Extra charges may apply for weekend deliveries or time-specific delivery requests.
If the customer is unable to receive the product, it will be held at the nearest delivery hub for up to 10 days. After this period, the seller reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the order.
Installation & Assembly
Installation or assembly requirements depend on the product and delivery location:
- If our carpenter service is available at the delivery location, we will arrange professional installation and assembly for the product.
- If carpenter service is not available in that area, the customer will need to get the product assembled independently.
Some products may arrive:
- Pre-assembled, requiring no installation and ready to use.
- Partially assembled, requiring basic assembly using simple tools and instructions provided.
